		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know that attorney, but there reaches a point where being nice just doesn&#039;t get the job done.  Like just about everything, there needs to be a balance.  If you are always a bulldog, everyone will hate you and you will get nothing done.  If you are always nice, everyone will walk all over you and no one will fear you.  If you can balance the two, you will get great results for your clients.]]></description>

I don&#039;t know his lawyer, but clearly, he/she is making a mint in the process.  There is plenty that his attorney can do to speed up the process, but when you are making that kind of money, why would you?  You have to realize that this is a game and in some cases, the clients are the only ones that are not &quot;in&quot; on it but behind closed doors, everyone else is.]]></description>
